Marc Cameron brings something to the table that most fiction writers don’t, nearly 30-years of law enforcement experience. Born and raised in Texas, Cameron joined the United States Marshals Service and excelled in the field, ultimately retiring in 2011 after reaching the rank of chief of the district of Alaska. Left with some extra time on his hands, and a vast amount of know-how, Cameron began a new chapter of his life as a novelist.
National Security, published in 2011, chipped the layer of ice over Cameron’s deep well of creativity, and after receiving a great deal of praise from critics, the rest of his books seemed to just flow right out of him. Since his successful debut, Cameron has made a name for himself as the author of contributions to Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan universe, as well as the excessively enjoyable Jericho Quinn and Arliss Cutter action adventure series. His latest in the Arliss Cutter series, Bone Rattle, comes out on April 27, 2021. Between now and then, you've got some catching up to do ...
With well over a dozen books to his name, it’s hard to pick just one to start with. Check out our run-down of Cameron’s greatest hits, and get ready for an exciting new to-be-read list.
